{"id":1303,"date":"2018-02-02T15:48:27","date_gmt":"2018-02-02T15:48:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.dopplerrelay.com\/es\/?p=1303"},"modified":"2021-06-16T17:36:31","modified_gmt":"2021-06-16T17:36:31","slug":"how-to-configure-the-subdomain-tracking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.dopplerrelay.com\/es\/configuracion-subdominio-seguimiento\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo configurar el subdominio de seguimiento?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El proceso de configuraci\u00f3n del subdominio de seguimiento es importante para cambiar el dominio de trackeo de Doppler Relay utilizado en los <strong>links de tus Emails Transaccionales por tu propio dominio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este proceso implica la creaci\u00f3n de un subdominio en tus DNS y apuntarlos hacia Doppler Relay.<\/p>\n<p>Para esto es <strong>necesario agregar un registro CNAME en el subdominio que te hemos asignado<\/strong>, de esta manera el seguimiento estar\u00e1 enmascarado bajo tu dominio y no el de Doppler Relay.<\/p>\n<p>Esto no solo aumenta la <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.dopplerrelay.com\/que-es-la-entregabilidad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">entregabilidad<\/a>, sino que tambi\u00e9n crea confianza y mejora la imagen de tu marca en tus emails transaccionales.<\/p>\n<h2>Paso a paso<\/h2>\n<h3>Paso 1<\/h3>\n<p>Ingresa a la secci\u00f3n de Administrador de Dominios, una vez all\u00ed<strong> busca el Dominio que quieres configurar en la Lista de Dominios<\/strong>. Esto puede variar seg\u00fan cada proveedor pero deberias <strong>buscar una secci\u00f3n llamada panel de control<\/strong> donde puedes modificar los registros DNS de tu dominio.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 5<\/h3>\n<p>Una vez all\u00ed debes <strong>agregar un nuevo registro del tipo CNAME<\/strong>. Una vez que lo agregues tendras que <strong>poner el CNAME y el Subdominio que obtuviste en Doppler Relay<\/strong> y apuntarlo hacia <a href=\"http:\/\/trk.relaytrk.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trk.relaytrk.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Paso 6<\/h3>\n<p>Guarda este nuevo registro y el proceso estar\u00e1 terminado, ya tienes configurado el subdominio de seguimiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A partir de ahora todos tus URLs estar\u00e1n solamente bajo tu subdominio recien configurado<\/strong>.
