How to change your associated credit card from your account
From the Billing information section of your Doppler Relay account, you can change the credit card you currently use to pay the service.
If you pay it monthly by credit card, you can also change it from this section on your own. Read more!
When you log in to your account and display the menu on the right side of the screen, you’ll see the Billing information option in the Account Settings.
Users who pay the service by cred card can change it from this section if they want, just by clicking the Change card button. Then you’ll see some fields to edit as the Cardholder, the card number, the expiration date, and the security code.
When you click on Save, we’ll inform you if the new credit card has been associated correctly. That’s all! The service will be charged to the new credit card.
If you have a free account or a paid one and you pay the service by bank transfer, the Billing information section won’t show any data and no action will be available.
If you pay by bank transfer and you want to start doing by credit card, you can ask for the change to the Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. When it’s done, you’ll see that credit card in the Billing information section and you’ll be able to change it.
