How do I access to the free trial?
To create a free Doppler Relay account, you only need create your free account here and someone from our team will contact you to activate your account. No Credit Card is required in order to create the free trial account.
What steps are required to use my account?
When you create a Doppler Relay free account, there are some steps you must complete before starting to use the platform. First you must verify your email address, and once you’re logged in the platform we recommend you to configure the DKIM, include the SPF and establish your tracking subdomain to be able to make your sendings under your own domain.
Can I send transactional email immediately?
Yes, you can send up to 50 email per day the first 3 days, if you deliverability is good then you’ll be able to send 400 emails per day the rest of the trial.
When does the trial period begin?
Your 30-day trial begins as soon as you confirm your Email address and create your password.
What happens after my 30-day free trial ends?
After the 30-day trial period expires, you will maintain the same level of account functionality and your settings will remain intact. However, you won’t be able to keep sending your transactional emails.
